About this class

While still a stretchy feel good class, there will be more intensity and strength added. This class includes a 10-15 minute full body warm up. Next for 10-15 minutes you will be strengthening the entire body effectively and safely.  For the remainder of the class, you will stretch using the Pilates reformer, mat, spring board, Barre, foam roller, fitness ball, and any other modalities available. You will learn how to incorporate breathing, active stretching, and muscle contraction techniques to lengthen tight muscles that cause pain and limitations. This equipment and movement based class keeps a moderate flow. Try it; your body will thank you!

The instructor was super welcoming and friendly and paid attention to us all individually and made corrections in a gently way. This was a perfect class for a beginner to Pilates. I am not very flexible and I felt like this was a perfect class to help with stretching and lengthening the muscles. I definitely recommend it!

Great to stretch, but this is not a class for a workout. Erin was very friendly and welcoming.

Class consisted of a low intensity Pilates workout accompanied by focused stretching and self massage using reformer, half-block, foam roller, etc. Instructor was friendly and knowledgeable. Very relaxing class - I'm sure I'll be pleasantly sore tomorrow.
