About this class
The Cardio Circuit class combines functional interval training with reformer, TRX, Springboard for a calorie-busting workout. This class is dynamic, fun, and fast-paced while we focus on form, alignment, and improving muscle strength and endurance. Expect to be challenged from start to finish. Get ready to get your sweat on! Not recommended for those with injuries. Level 1 classes are ideal for the beginner. Level 1.5 classes are for those who have had at least 6-month experience in reformer level 1 class Level 2 classes are advanced classes for those for 1 or more years of pilates reformer experience, those without injuries and have good core strength.
