Ron was very fun and enthusiastic. the workouts were ok I didn't break much of a sweat. the studio needs a good clean. fun half hour though

Good experience but no boxing at all as the lesson title suggests.

Very attentive and personalised trainer. Sensation gets some getting used to! But ending the session with high-vibration massages has left my legs with a weightlessness rather than the heaviness you normally experience after toning training. Could be a recovery booster? Recommend giving this one a try!
