About this class

A circuit session consists of each Plate being set to 4 or 5 minutes, depending on class strength. The circuit will cover all major muscle groups, focusing on static movement to build strength, rather than a cardiovascular workout. The set will be repeated 3 times for optimum results.45 minutes duration including stretch and massage.

A delightful surprise! It was a surprisingly difficult workout because the vibrations amplified even the most basic exercises (like squats and planks). The trainer was very friendly, helpful, and put a lot of emphasis on correct form.
