About this class

Power up Pilates ProWorks style with a vigorous flow between yoga and Pilates in this athletic combo class. Through a mix of familiar yoga postures and Pilates core strengthening moves, you will sculpt, tone, and flow your way to a strong body and calm mind, while improving balance, flexibility and stamina. Many modifications make this 55 minute full-body workout accessible to all levels. For your comfort and flow of class, please bring your own mat. Socks are required for class if you do not bring a mat.

How to prepare

New to Reformer Pilates? Pilates Classic is the perfect place to start! Grippy socks are required to be worn for their Pilates classes on their FitFormers. These are sold in studio. For their matbox classes, they require boxing gloves and hand wraps. These are also sold in studio. For TRX and BOOTCAMP please wear sneakers For MATBOX please have both gloves and wraps. Wraps can be purchased in-studio for $10. Gloves can be purchased in the studio for $35. Rental gloves are also available for just $2.

How to get there

Mill Valley is located 10 miles north of San Francisco, across the Golden Gate Bridge. This Pilates ProWorks location has a parking lot and is right next to a Whole Foods.

What is ClassPass?
