About this class

HOW IT WORKS Every Physique class uses your core 80% of the time. This workout turns it up to 150%! Expect intervals of ab and core sequences between our traditional arm, glute and thigh work. You will be provided opportunities to tailor our unique formula of strength training, cardio, and stretching that will rapidly transform your body. Are you hard core? Then sign up now. WHO IT’S DESIGNED FOR Anyone looking for quick results and a challenging workout that will meet you wherever you are on your fitness journey. We recommend clients take at least four Signature I classes before progressing to Hard Core. Due to the nature of these exercises, our pregnant clients will have to sit this one out. BARRE TIPS Full coverage socks are all you need, plus a little determination.

How to prepare

Please note that first time students must arrive at the studio at least 15 minutes prior to class start time. First time clients are not permitted into class once it starts. You must wear closed-toe full coverage socks in the studio during class; no shoes or bare feet are permitted. Grippy socks are available for purchase.

We are street level on the east side of 6th Ave.

What is ClassPass?
