About this class
Because we’re all a little twisted! Come unwind your body and mind while taking your core Pilates foundations to the next level and building stamina in this moderately-paced intermediate class. Your physical alignment takes a daily beating, spending too much time in one position or repeating the same movements; this class will straighten out the tangled spine as you work out on your back, front and side, rewinding your arms, abs, butt, thighs, calves — and even your toes — with your new-found strength.

How to prepare
We're proud to be part of the ClassPass network! To maintain the integrity of class and participants safety: - Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class start time to fill out forms. Late arrivals will not be admitted - For all Intermediate/Advanced Reformer classes, you MUST have previous Reformer experience (know how to use the reformer and change springs) as well as understand basic Pilates vocabulary (Neutral Pelvis/Spine) - For students with less than 10 classes experience, we recommend our Beginner classes to build a solid foundation
How to get there
The studio is located above Shake Shack, between Willoughby and Fulton. The entrance is located across from Hill Country in Willoughby Plaza.
