POWHER sessions are our dynamic strength circuits, built around variations of the five major movement patterns - squat,lunge,bend,push & pull. How to prepare

Please wear clothing that is comfortable to move in including athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle to fill up before class. Classes do start on time and there is a late arrival policy so please show up at least 5 minutes before the class starts to guarantee entry in to the class.

How to get there

Pherform is located at 15 Wyndham St, Hong Kong in the Man Cheung Building on Floor 2. It's a quick 5 minute walk from the MTR Central station. Look for the Large PHERFORM Sign hanging on the street and the entrance door is right below.

What is ClassPass?
