A very friendly, welcoming, and clean studio. Great asset to the neighborhood. Class was somewhat basic; not for advanced, best for beginners or recovery days.

a good workout for all levels. Although the class was mostly arms with some quads. there wasn't much in the way of abs. very Neighborhood Place everyone seemed to know each other.
