About this class
SPIN Flex is a combo class format that incorporates spinning and the use resistance bands. 45 minutes of spinning and 15 minutes of flex training off the bike. Flex focuses on the major muscles groups, mostly paying special attention to the upper body. If you want to challenge and tone your body in a new way, this class is for you.
How to prepare
Yoga: Yoga mat, towel and water. Mats can be borrowed for free. Spin: Running or bike shoes, towel and water. TRX: Yoga mat or borrow one of ours for free. Barre: Non-slip socks, which are available at the studio for purchase.
How to get there
Pai is located in the Trader Joes plaza off of 161 and Sawmill Road. The Yoga studio is opposite of the Fitness Studio--just across the parking lot. Barre, Spinning, and TRX classes are on the fitness side!
