About this class

One-X Boot Camp is a high-energy one hour cardio class that includes a warmup, workout and cool down. In One-X you will find all of your favorite movements and equipment. From burpees, box jumps and wall balls to kettle bells, rowers and jump rope…One-X Boot Camp is perfect for anyone looking for a fast-paced, non-stop, fun workout! You don’t need any prior fitness experience to join this class. Just show up ready to sweat and have fun and they'll take care of the rest. All fitness levels welcome!

How to prepare

Wear workout clothes, athletic shoes and bring a water bottle. Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts to sign in. All first time visitors must fill out a waiver directly with ONE Nation Fitness upon arrival. Any user who does not sign the waiver will not be permitted to join class.

How to get there

We are located at 10 Charles Street (rear). This is the last building on the right. Drive to the end of Charles Street and take a right to park in back. Our entrance is the blue awning.

great work out. a little scared before the class but deff you will proud your self after the class. This is the work out.

OMG! it was great class. I'm not the active person and a lot of injuries in my body so o was kinda giving up to do this kind of class BUT! I did. The instructor was so helpful she made me go though the class.

It was a good class, though more cross fit than bootcamp. Not as much help with form as I would have liked.

What is ClassPass?
