How to prepare

Make sure you've eaten and are properly hydrated. A meal with substantial carbohydrates, a bit of protein, and healthy fats 2 hours before and something small like a piece of fruit 30 minutes to 1 hour before is ideal. We recommend to always be properly hydrated but consume at least 500 ml of water 2 hours before. They'll take care of your warm-up but you can also come and use a roller and the bands in their stretching room. All you need is your shoes, whatever you're most comfortable working out in, and your best effort.

How to get there

TTC They city's public transportation will take you steps from their facility's door. Streetcar #501 stop #3055 - Queen St East and Laing St will leave only a 200m walk to our entrance (3min). Parking There are several free parking spots right in front of their building on Eastern Ave and Laing St. during different hours. Just make sure to park on the right side during rush hours. Biking They have bike racks right in front of our building installed just for you. They always encourage locking your bike for safety.

Instructor was good. Attentive and happy to teach techniques. I didn't like how there was no warning in the class description about going outside. Other gyms warn you if the class is partially outside. I would've prepared for frigid temperature and worn different shoes if I had known we would be running through alleyways in the dark in the cold weather. A whole lot of running but it's in the class name. I prefer other classes here more that focus more on strength training. Still a workout and glad I went.

So challenging, really pushed me to my limits but I will definitely be coming back here... I was intimidated at first because it was my first time at the studio, but the instructor was so encouraging and friendly! Cant wait to come again

First time here and I had a great workout. The diversity of exercises made maintaining intensity a lot more manageable. The gym itself was massive and the various equipment made it feel like an adults' playground. My only recommendation would that there would be some kind of initial welcome and explanation of upcoming workout for first timers. If I didn't have friend with me I would've been a bit more intimidated. On a similar note I thought that given class size that perhaps two instructors would've helped to ensure everyone's form, pace etc. was appropriate for exercises.

Unreal workout. This class was a well-designed total body workout. Left me panting and sore - a sign of a solid workout!! Also they make beginners feel welcome. Will 100% be returning.

Great class! The flow of the circuits was a bit difficult to understand and I found myself confused a lot of the time. Saeed was a motivating and fun instructor though. I found that certain stations werent long enough to reap the benefits of the exercise though - Is recommend circuits with less exercises so you get to do a certain exercise more than once/twice a round.

Leo was great. Really enjoyed this class. Solid workout that doesnt quit for the whole hour.

What is ClassPass?
