About this class

Open level class. Beginners are very welcome! Traditional Hatha and Sivananda Yoga Classes cover the following 3 out of the 5 points of yoga: Pranayama - Breathing exercises Asana - Postures Savasana - Guided relaxation These practices stretch and strengthen the muscles, align the spine and release mental and physical tension. You will leave class feeling energised and relaxed with a sense of clarity.

What is ClassPass?
