About this class

Tabata training is a type of high intensity interval training that follows a specific format: 20 seconds of a very high intensity exercise and 10 seconds of rest. Repeat eight times for a total of four.

How to prepare

New Clients must arrive at least 10 minutes early or they'll be rescheduled due to safety concerns. Parking can be tricky, but we validate at the parking garage next door. Bring a water bottle, and we'll take care of the rest!

How to get there

Parking on campus can be tricky, which is why we validate at The Quarters Parking Garage, located at the corner of 22 ½ Street and Rio Grande Street, next to Pluckers. Just bring in your ticket and we'll take care of it! Due to safety concerns, new clients must arrive at least 10 minutes early to fill out waivers and receive instruction regarding hand-wrapping and proper technique or risk being turned away.
