A 30 minute meditation practice; You will be guided in a practice of concentrated focus on sound, an object, visualization, the breath or attention itself. The aim is to help you increase awareness to the present moment, reduce stress, promote relaxation and enhance both personal and spiritual growth.

What is ClassPass?
