About this class

Not your typical Pilates class! An intermediate, fast-paced class focused on total body burn, this workout is ideal for Pilates lovers who enjoy working hard, doing lots of planks and getting their heart rate up! This is a reformer machine class that uses props and great music to keep you engaged and entertained while you work that core. Recommended Prerequisite: 5 Arms, Abs and Ass classes at NYP or other contemporary Pilates training The Deets: 50 minutes 12 hour cancellation policy applies Not appropriate for clients who are pregnant Not appropriate for clients who are injured

Pilates Reformer: Burnout with Cassandra
The studio is beautiful and the staff working there is very welcoming. The class itself was intermediate/advanced with Cassandra giving us options to make it harder if we wanted. Cassandra was great, her instructions were clear and she made sure to adjust us when necessary(too few teachers do this). One of the best Pilates class I’ve taken, I’ll be back!

Meghan is great! As the name of the class promises, there was quite a burnout both in core and legs for this class. Get ready for fatigued muscles and sweat!

How to prepare

1. Students must show up and check in at least 10 minutes before class start time. Spots will be released to the waitlist at the 5 minute mark. 2. No late admittance into class. 3. For new students, we recommend taking a Foundations class before taking our other signature classes. 4. Wear clothes you can move in; leggings, bike shorts, sports bras, tank tops, etc. 5. Bring your best and get ready to #feelyourself! Prenatal Policy: 2nd Trimester - Needs approval prior to booking / 3rd Trimester - No classes allowed, private sessions only!
