About this class

Designed for Intermediate and Advanced students.   Not recommended for beginner students.   3-5 breaths per posture.   Deeper and more challenging expressions of postures.   Inversions and arm balancing postures are integrated.   Sequence includes the Moxie Yoga fundamental postures.   Pilates are integrated.

How to prepare

Wear comfortable athletic clothing that will feel comfortable to sweat in. Bring water, a towel, and a yoga mat (we have all of these if you forget). Please note: Mats are available to rent for $2, and towels are $1.

How to get there

You must arrive at least 10 minutes early to fill out the required class waiver, otherwise you will not be permitted to participate in class

Adrienne's flows were a bit too quick and the instructions were confusing. The beginning of the class was also painfully repetitive. The class was ok for the most part but just a bit of feedback
