Innergy Meditation is a 'come as you are' studio! There are no need for special props or clothes. It's that simple. This is truly a come-as-you-are, down-to-earth experience.

Innergy Meditation is located on 16th and Lenox, across the street from Yard Bird. Parking is available on the street or in several parking garages near by.
