How to prepare

Our Front of House team will check you in upon arrival. If you are a first timer please allow 5 minutes to fill in our online Health Commitment statement. We advise comfortable active wear and well supported athletic shoes for Strength and Boxing classes. Changing room and locker facilities are available along with towel service. We have up to 8 shower cubicles along with the shower amenities in each cubicle. Please wait at reception for your instructor to come and greet you and take you towards your relevant studio.

How to get there

Hybrid Fitness is located in the basement of 66 Prescot St (on the corner of 66 Prescot Street & St Mark Street) Tower Hill, London. We are within 5 minutes walk of multiple tube stations Tower Hill, Aldgate, Aldgate East and Fenchurch St. We are 10 minutes walk from Liverpool Street. Please buzz in at our entrance (St Marks Street) and follow the signage to the our reception area in the basement of the building.

[full review @moniworksout on Instagram] *Structure: A strength based workout with cardio sets in between. Expect barbells, kettlebells as well as rowers and TRX. If you’re looking for consistency, bear in mind that classes differ by coaches and their styles (but irregardless there will be a lot of lifting) *Instructor: Natasha is very attentive and posture-considerate (take the opportunity to properly learn deadlifts!). She spends time coaching each person - just like a PT! (Oh have I not told you that Natasha does PT at Hybrid Fitness too?) and definitely falls into the supportive and nice coach category. She’s happy to take music requests too if you’re not too keen on Linkin Park. *Overall thoughts: One of my regular classes for strength. So simple to put a shampoo, body wash and conditioner in the showers... I don’t understand why they don’t think this is necessary. Classes are good though!

What is ClassPass?
