How it works

About this class

Learn & improve punches, kicks, knees and elbows by beating up the Bishop heavy bag in this 50-minute class. Muay Thai Kickboxing is a full body work out: expect cardio, muscle tone & fight skills. All levels welcome: Bishop is made with a forgiving, dense foam & bends to each strike (throw combinations with more power and speed to improve technique). Each strike's form is taught before the combination rounds, all set to fun, energizing playlists.

Tyler is a great instructor! Very encouraging and helpful. Great workout plus stress relief. The studio is really nice too.
Muay Thai Kickboxing with Raquel
The facility and class are both great but the class wasn’t challenging enough.
Muay Thai Kickboxing with Joe
Great sweat and perfect music to amp you up! It was also nice learning how to kick properly with the right stance.
Muay Thai Kickboxing with Jen
The instructor had interesting combinations, but the music really wasn't my jam. the worst part is, I understand making noise when you hit the bag, but can there be some noise control? The gentlemen in the back corner was making so much noise that it was distracting.

Awesome
Muay Thai Kickboxing with Tyler
I LOVED THIS CLASS. This was my first time kickboxing and I was able to dive right in and got plenty of assistance from the teacher, who gave very helpful adjustments. And I sweat so much. Awesome.
Muay Thai Kickboxing with Joe
Class was fun and easy to follow. I definitely burned a lot of calories.
Muay Thai Kickboxing with Raquel
Raquel really gets you working! Its technical and challenging, but so much fun. She’s really encouraging too :)
Muay Thai Kickboxing with Justin
Justin’s class is light hearted and fun, but kills you at the same time. He helped me adjust some of the basic moves that I have been doing wrong for a while! Appreciate it coming from a more fitness class type of Muay Thai lesson
