Aerial Yoga
The instructor is very sweet, but compared to other studios I’ve been to this one wasn’t quite what I had expected or wanted.
Aerial Yoga
I didn’t sweat at all, but I felt a little sore the next day. Very relaxing though. I’d go again.

First time trying this type of yoga and it was great. Eva is very sweet and guides you well with the poses.,
Aerial Yoga
I felt it in the best way possible! What a beautiful and fun class.
Aerial Yoga
By the end of class I was glad I stayed, I felt really good...... BUT I arrived 15min before class and no one was there to help me out. The teacher arrived after 10am (start time) and it turned out it was only me in class so she wasnt that happy about it. She had her dog that was barking and scared of people (dont get me wrong I love dogs). Then it was 15min into class and we had done one pose, when a woman with two children come in and the teacher just leaves me in the silk to go talk to them and turns out the kids were in this class too. Then she was helping the kids get ready with a silk and the mom was just walking around the class taking photos and talking about cats and dogs with the teacher, all this while I was in the first pose waiting for direction. By 30min into the class I started doing my own thing then the teacher started teaching me fun poses and I had fun. But the start was a wrack I almost left.
Aerial Yoga
Very relaxed environment. I really enjoyed class. I have done this elsewhere and this was far less gimmicky. It was a small class and since we were quite strong and flexible Eva took us there! I am confident she could and would ease up with beginners. I will be back.

Aerial yoga was so fun! It was a small class so Eva was always there to help guide us into the next pose. Loved it.
