Rhythmic Pilates Equipment at Harmony Pilates
About this class
This is an energetic class done to the beat of popular music designed to build muscle, burn calories, as well as, strengthen and stretch the whole body. Flowing and rhythmic Pilates exercises will be done on both the reformer and tower with more reps at a quicker pace for a full body workout that will challenge core muscles, stability, and endurance. This 55 minute class is intermediate level meant for clients without injury. Prior experience in introductory classes is recommended.

How to prepare
Wear comfortable gym attire, bare feet or toe sox. Toe sox will be mandatory as of Dec 1 to improve grip and performance on the equipment and for sanitary reasons. Arrive 5 minutes early to complete the health history and sign waiver (part of this can be done online). Classes are 55 minutes. They provide a water cooler.
