Pilates Equipment - Basics at Harmony Pilates
About this class
In this basics class they take their signature Pilates reformer class and bring it back to its foundation. Class will include basic positions, breathing and core stability exercises, with some more intermediate exercises included for a challenge. This is a great class for beginners and regulars and will really give you an appreciation for what the reformer can do. No prior experience is needed before attending our Pilates equipment classes. This class is recommended to those who are new to the reformer, those who have been inactive or just coming off of an injury, so you can learn the fundamental movements and get the most out of your workout. This class is 55 minutes.

How to prepare
Wear comfortable gym attire, bare feet or toe sox. Toe sox will be mandatory as of Dec 1 to improve grip and performance on the equipment and for sanitary reasons. Arrive 5 minutes early to complete the health history and sign waiver (part of this can be done online). Classes are 55 minutes. They provide a water cooler.
