About this class

A high powered strength workout using Kettlebells and Cardio stations including treadmills, floor work or rowing. Expect a variety of strength based Kettlebell moves teamed with challenging cardio bursts. This class will work your entire body, improve your overall strength and get your heart pumping. STRENGTH Nail Kettlebells techniques like swings and windmills while you squat, lunge and perfect your snatch and clean, improving your overall strength and stamina. CARDIO Power up your cardiovascular system – we’ll move a range of movements to activate multiple muscle groups as you work your entire body and improve your strength and mobility and work up a sweat. BOX TICKING This class will work your entire body and give you a great workout, concentrating on the butt, core and shoulders.

How to prepare

If it is your first time attending a class at Frame, please arrive 10 minutes early, so that you have time to complete our Health & Safety questionnaire. This can be done in advance, through the "My Account" section of our website. Please note - for Train Classes, if it is your first time you must arrive at the studio and be ready 5 minutes before your class begins, to take part in the health & safety induction

How to get there

Frame Fitzrovia is located on Berners St, equidistant from major underground stations Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road and Goodge St so you can be off the tube and moving your Frame in 7 minutes.

Quite a slow start but finished with a burst

The class was really boring and not the usual kettlebells. The teacher was sweet but just felt very repetitive and alot of time wasted standing around. Usually this is with treadmills and rowers integrated for cardio but this was just kettlebells at v low intensity.

Challenging workout and nice instructor but really crowded, which didn’t always feel safe. And the vibe was very much “I don’t want to see anyone except TOTAL BEGINNERS using light weights!”, rather than encouraging people to know their bodies, test their limits safely, etc. Also no modifications for any of the exercises, so you basically keep up or feel a bit of a tw*t. I know some people respond to the testosterone-y ‘go hard’, extreme pushing thing, but it isn’t my jam and feels like a great way to turn newbies off the gym forever.
