About this class
A high powered strength workout using Kettlebells and Cardio stations including treadmills, floor work or rowing. Expect a variety of strength based Kettlebell moves teamed with challenging cardio bursts. This class will work your entire body, improve your overall strength and get your heart pumping. STRENGTH Nail Kettlebells techniques like swings and windmills while you squat, lunge and perfect your snatch and clean, improving your overall strength and stamina. CARDIO Power up your cardiovascular system – we’ll move a range of movements to activate multiple muscle groups as you work your entire body and improve your strength and mobility and work up a sweat. BOX TICKING This class will work your entire body and give you a great workout, concentrating on the butt, core and shoulders.

How to prepare
If it is your first time attending a class at Frame, please arrive 10 minutes early, so that you have time to complete our Health & Safety questionnaire. This can be done in advance, through the "My Account" section of our website. Please note - for Train Classes, if it is your first time you must arrive at the studio and be ready 5 minutes before your class begins, to take part in the health & safety induction
How to get there
Frame Fitzrovia is located on Berners St, equidistant from major underground stations Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road and Goodge St so you can be off the tube and moving your Frame in 7 minutes.
