Group Training at FitLane
About this class
Small group training classes are capped at 10 people which enables the instructor to provide you with personalised attention. You will be coached through a programmed workout to maximise efficiency and deliver results, while being supported and motivated by a group. Each class runs for 30 minutes and are designed for all fitness levels and are customised to those in attendance so you can get the most benefit out of each session. No two workouts are the same and the aim is to stimulate all three energy systems and entire musculature to unlock your highest genetic potential.

How to prepare
If you are new to FitLane, please arrive 10 minutes before your first session. Please wear comfortable workout clothing and well supported gym shoes and bring a towel and drink bottle.
How to get there
FitLane is located at Shop 1, 181 Bay Street, Brighton, near the corner of Cochrane Street. There is parking out front or on the side streets, parking is a two hour limit.
