How to prepare
Either come in training kit or come straight from work as we have changing facilities. Clean training shoes are always appreciated. We supply sweat towels but feel free to bring your own. We also sell bottles of water but if you don't want to buy one make sure you bring one.
How to get there
We are situated 2min walk from Putney Bridge tube station and 5min walk to Parsons Green tube station. There is free parking at the door before 8am and after 6.30pm then its pay and display thereafter.
