About this class

This 45-minute class is a toned down version of our standard TONE class. Learn the ins and outs of our customized reformers for a full-body workout. You can expect more modifications offered & more form corrections from instructors done at a slower pace than our typical TONE classes. This class is great for all levels, and is especially beneficial to beginners or those working with injuries to get better acquainted to the machine and learn how to safely do the movements.

How to prepare

GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED, they are available for purchase at the studio please arrive early to purchase. Please note, Circuit Row classes require sneakers. Bring a water bottle for filtered water. Please bring a hand towel if you need one. They do have one shower with shampoo and body wash. Must bring your own towel.

How to get there

Late arrivals will NOT be permitted into class and will count as a missed class. You must arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time. NOTE: Reservations are valid at the confirmed location ONLY. If a user goes to the wrong location, they will be charged a missed class fee for not showing at their confirmed location. Additionally, to attend class at Back Bay without a confirmed reservation for the Back Bay location, they must pay the drop-in fee.

The instructor was a nice guy however I would suggest putting him through more training prior to allowing him to teach further. His cues, timing and format were all off.

Its an intro class for the reformer machine. I think an actual class would have been more intense but it was still a good workout. The music was poorly chosen - dance remixes of early 2000 songs - a strange pairing for a workout class based on slow movements. I didnt like the reformer machine and probably will not return.

Ali was amazing and welcoming to a room full of mostly newcomers. She went through everything we needed to know about the equipment and took us through a regular sequence at a slower pace. I was working with an injury and she made sure to check in throughout class to see how I was doing and ask if I needed a modification. Contrary to Classpass description, the studio offers towels for class, and if you want to shower after.

What is ClassPass?
