How to prepare

We provide all mats and equipment for classes, but you are of course welcome to bring your own mat with you. Please wear something that you are comfortable in, and that you can move in. For the more dynamic classes (Dynamic Hatha & Core & Pelvic Floor), we suggest that you bring a towel and a water bottle Tea and biscuits are available for the mindfulness classes. There are changing areas, lockers and unisex toilets downstairs in the main studio. We look forward to seeing you on the mat!

How to get there

We are a 12 minute walk from Clapham Junction (or catch the 49, 319, 344, 345 bus to the Latchmere stop and we are a 2 minute walk from there). You can also walk from Battersea Rail Station (about 15 minutes). There is metered parking available on surrounding streets (free after 5pm and on weekends). There is no parking in front of the studio, however we do have bike racks so you can store your bike safely during class. You will be welcomed by either the teacher, or one of our wonderful receptionists.

Great class with Emily
Hatha Yoga - Beginners with Ellie
Sincerely didnt feel the class was for beginners. Class had too many people, the instructor didnt go round correcting form or alignment - which I found bizarre as the class was geared towards beginners. Also, the mat smelled which affected my ability to relax.
Hatha Yoga - Beginners with Emily
Lovely ambience and great instruction, with a focus on correct form and technique. Emily had a really friendly and welcoming style. The mats are a little thin and slippy so will bring my own next time!
Hatha Yoga - Beginners with Caroline
Absolutely bliss. Magical practice.
