About this class

NOTE LOCATION: The Thursday class meets at Airport Park in Santa Monica (between the dog park and the soccer field). In a small group, this class features highly effective full body circuit training. Combines Aerobic (cardiovascular) and Anaerobic (resistance) exercises By working on the grass and rotating through a series of stations, they help you burn more calories per minute here than in any other fitness training and weight loss center in the Los Angeles area today. The ultimate beach camp for all ages, all sizes and all levels of fitness. They cross-train with cardio and strength training and end with deep stretching. Every class is different, creating muscle confusion and results! Have some fun while getting FIT. Bring a mat or towel + water; shoes are optional.
