About this class
This Monday morning class is a keep fit class with a difference...Pre-school aged children and babies are welcomed to the class. The class offers a whole body workout, with a different emphasis every week. Some weeks we will do a circuit style session, other weeks we will do boxing, individual, partner or group exercises using bodyweight exercises and free weights (body bars, dumbbells, kettlebells). There is always a mixture of exercises designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, core stability and muscular strength and endurance. If you have a small baby, please note that you need to have been given permission to exercise by a health professional.
