How it works

About this class

Straight from the US, this is traditional Barre Style, using small, isometric exercises to make your muscles burn! A tough toning workout to get the ballerina body you’ve always wanted. Savasana at the end of class is a much needed reward.

Quite challenging!
Barre Burn with Hayley
I always enjoy the classes at Aleenta, especially with Hayley with her upbeat and positive energy. An efficient and solid work out leaving you feeling toned. :)
Barre Burn with Sarah
Great class but the current routine has too much jumping in bare feet in it - I need the arch support of my orthothics when jumping
Barre Burn with Sarah
Great class. However, prefer not to do jumping motions in bare feet as I need the arch support of my orthotics when jumping. Also, this studio needs better facilities. Theres no water filter to fill up your bottle. And there are only 2 toilet cubicles to get changed in with no hooks to hang your bags/clothes on while youre changing. There is usually a line for people wanting to use the toilet and people wanting to get changed, so sometimes you have to wait a while to be able to use the bathroom
Barre Burn with Britt
Mostly this is not a barre class. Good workout, but I've been. To Aleenta several times in Melbourne and this was not the same and a lot of mat work instead.
Barre Burn with Emily
Good routine, a bit wrist heavy though
Barre Burn with Sarah
Great work out - challenging class
Barre Burn with Ruby
Ruby is a great instructor, she made the class fun. Very good for toning.
Barre Burn with Hayley
This was an extremely good workout focusing mainly on arms, but involving core and legs as well. It was intense, but Hayley was a good motivator to keep going! Definitely worth the burn.
Barre Burn with Kara
Very good workout!
