About this class

30-minute ab blast using aerial hammocks. This class focuses on upper and lower abs, obliques, and lower back muscles. Using the hammock to support Pilates-inspired ab work allows for better form as well as functional movement to stretch and strengthen the core more efficiently. We advise AIR® Core for clients who are familiar with AIR® class formats and looking to take their workout to the next level. We recommend new clients taking at least 1 AIR® Foundation class before graduating to AIR® Core. 250lb weight limit. No shows and class cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled class will either be charged $30.00 or lose the class on a class pack. Class begins exactly on time so late-comers will not be permitted once class commences.

AIR Core with Nicole
This class was fun and challenging. We did a few different inversions several times along with some balancing moves to work the abs. I wish it was longer than 30 minutes but it was still a good core workout.

Stephanie is such a fun instructor! She encourages you to try your hardest in each pose but offers modifications if you need to. She makes all classes very fun and encourages a laid back environment during class. I absolutely love taking classes with her and I would highly recommend her classes to beginners and advanced students alike. Her music selection is also 10/10.

Didn't love the location/facility. There was no AC/heat and I was so cold that it was difficult to work out. The layout is also very awkward as far as bathroom and the lobby. Class itself was good. Thought 30 minutes was too quick.

What is ClassPass?
