How to prepare

For Lyra, Cube, Trapeze, Aerial Yoga, Rope, Hammock & Silks please wear leggings - no slippery clothing & a short sleeved shirt that covers your arms. For Pole class you should wear shorts, boy shorts or booty shorts and a tank, tee shirt, sports bra or bra top. Shoes are always optional - but we do love them! For Stretching, Contortion & BUTI Yoga classes wear what ever you are comfortable moving in but realize you can SWEAT a lot in these classes so less is more & layers work well. No lotions or jewelry.

Lyra/Aerial Hoop Fundamentals with Amber
Amber is the best teacher ever. So patient. I completed so much on the first class I was amazed at her knowledge and ability to work with me at my level (never took a class before ever in my entire life lol) and she still help me feel accomplished.

Lyra/Aerial Hoop Fundamentals with Colleen
Incredible class! It was my first time working with the Lyra and Colleen was wonderful about cues and instruction. Since it was a beginner class, there was one Lyra and we took turns trying out moves after Colleen showed us what we would be doing. The studio is cozy with an upbeat vibe - I can't wait to do it again.

Amazing teacher! The class was challenging but a lot of individual attn was given and focus was on safety and having fun!
Lyra/Aerial Hoop Fundamentals with Colleen
So much fun! Only one hoop for 3 students + instructor. But great workout and Colleen is the best!
Lyra/Aerial Hoop Fundamentals with Colleen
Great experience ! Although I was totally not prepared and completely a mess the instructor Colleen was very patient even when I accidentally kicked her a few times she did not give up on me and made sure I was comfortable and that I pushed myself. I would totally do this again it's a great space with amazing energy. I would recommend for any beginners for sure !

Great class. The studio is nice, new, and easy to get to. The teacher was nice and encouraging, as well as the the other students in the class. All in all a very positive environment, perfect for building the confidence to get involved in aerial fitness. It was a great introduction to the lyra, learning the basics, while also learning some cool tricks for photo ops. If we could have more hoop time, the class would definitely receive 5 stars! Although, I do think having beginner students go one at a time for safety reasons is the right thing to do.
