Everyone looked pretty rough and confused for some of it. My body feels really good and refreshed after so I give it 5 stars. And I like her energy a lot. I just think the flow and cues could be more well thought out for the clientele. Spending 5 minutes at the beginning of class talking about your hands and feet and how they should feel during yoga just didn’t really land

I love that it was a whole-baby workout but focused mainly on the back, as so many classes neglect that area. I was sore in my back muscles, shoulders, biceps, and hamstrings.
