Love the class. It would be cool if there were more bikes for regular sneakers as the straps in many of the bikes don’t work because they’re loose or they can’t adjust

This was my first CrossFit class ever. The instructor was great at showing me how to do the exercises and the people in the class were really friendly! I highly recommend for any experience level.

Bear Republic was very welcoming. It was a good first impression for me. The place is like a big warehouse, spacious, and it felt clean. I’m definitely coming back. Maybe a little earlier to look for parking although I did get lucky this time around. I’m glad I found this place.

    Kettlebell and Cross-Training

As someone with gym anxiety, I feel comfortable here. All of the staff and members have been very friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t push myself this hard by myself and they get you comfortable with heavier weights. The instructor is always nearby to assist with form or any questions you have and I’ve leaned a lot here.

Matt was fantastic and this class was just what I needed! I really appreciated that Matt walked around to ensure everyone’s form was correct, giving helpful cues as needed. The whole morning crew was very welcoming, and gracious helping me navigate the class. I’ve dropped in one other time but didn’t remember where the equipment was or the run routes.
