    I love all of Caitlin’s classes! I usually just do the Strength class on Thursdays, but this was a great change of pace and I got to work out all the muscles I forgot I had - whoops! This class is perfect for the Pilates Princesses and Barre Babes that like a little extra cardiotastic umph to get their day started. All those smaller muscles are really gonna feel the burn 🔥 Highly recommend!

    I had a lovely time in Haley’s class. I appreciated her gentle and consistent guidance throughout the session. Her voice was so soothing that I was able to enter a deeper state of relaxation early on in the class.

    Going there on a Sunday afternoon was definitely the best idea, as the facilities were way less busy than during evenings on week-days. Loved the place, had a great workout and enjoyed the steam room and sauna afterwards (although the sauna wasn’t really hot enough to be effective, but that’s a detail). Will definitely come back with Class pass!

    This studio and the instructors are fantastic! Love this particular instructor too! I have always had a good experience here. This class does follow the same exact sequence from the times I have taken it, which is a little bit of a downer for those who like the unpreditable and want to learn new things. Some might prefer the routine, though. I would still take this class again but it would be great to have some variety to keep it exciting.

    Intro to Pole (Studio C)

    Such a fun class! This was my first time taking a pole dancing class and I absolutely loved it! It was easy to understand the instructions, even if I couldn’t do all the moves yet, and Abby was so great to have! I highly recommend this class for anyone that has been tempted to try. Hot tip - wear short spandex shorts and a bra or tank top so that you’re not sliding up and down the pole :)
