    I do barre classes often here and I just LOVE the space. In this studio they don’t cram you in like sardines; you have room to be and breathe and move. Such a pleasant atmosphere, thoughtful instructors, and all around good vibes. I appreciated this instructor in particular because she provided helpful technique and body position corrections to make sure we were getting the most out of our workouts. I’ll be back!

    Great class. John was really helpful for any form corrections or pushing your weight/reps. The music was fire, the format was accessible but humbling, and everyone was so nice. Bring water with and a sweat towel - you'll need it. They have showers with everything you need, just bring a bath towel.

    The entrance was a bit tucked away but the gym was clean and had a lot of equipment. Yves was a great trainer, he asked about my training background, asked if I had any existing injuries, gave me personal feedback on my form, and spotted me on some exercises. The group class had a great vibe and I felt like I got some personal training out of it. I may make this my #1 gym.

    The class was fine however if you’re interested in taking it, you should book with this studio directly at bnsfitness.com or crossfitironspider.com as they don’t seem to actually use ClassPass. ClassPass needs to call this business at and help them either update their account or turn off ClassPass.
