see all reviewsBeginner-friendly! Lara's class was really well-structured and well-paced with clear cues & modification options. The studio nice & clean but it was a hot day and the AC was off.
Beacon Hill Yoga offers yoga and holistic mind-body wellness in the heart of Boston…POWER FLOW (INFRARED HEAT)
see all reviewsLoved Caroline’s class because she is very intentional with the way she speaks. She leads in a way that makes you feel guided in class and also empowers you to listen to how your body is feeling and adapt to that. The pacing and sequencing was perfect! I ended class feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and a lot less tension in my muscles / body — It’s exactly what I hoped to get from this class. One thing that would’ve optimize my experience if there was some sort of calming background music playing at the beginning of class (rather than just the instructor talking on mic). Otherwise, POWER FLOW is a great class if you want less of high energy, cardio and strength and more of balance, mobility, flexibility / stretching with a really good sweat out still left in the equation!

see all reviewsGoing there on a Sunday afternoon was definitely the best idea, as the facilities were way less busy than during evenings on week-days. Loved the place, had a great workout and enjoyed the steam room and sauna afterwards (although the sauna wasn’t really hot enough to be effective, but that’s a detail). Will definitely come back with Class pass!
