see all reviewsI’ve been to a few classes at this studio but it was my first time attending Casey’s, and all I can say is wow! Her workout definitely hits every part of your body. This class will leave you sweating for sure! Will definitely be attending more of her classes :) Also loved how hands on she was & actually showed you the moves as we went through the flow of the class.

see all reviewsGreat class. Tough but fun learning something new. Google gives bad directions- beware! It told me the gym was at the corner of Dixie and Belvedere. But it’s actually south of Belvedere. When driving north on Dixie the gym is on the right in a series of businesses. Not sure if they had parking. I left my car down the street.

The classes are small anyway so this studio is set up in such a way as to make that possible.
