Her bight uplifting personality and approach makes for an excellent class experience. I was also thankful that the studio was not 100 degrees. It was warm but not overwhelmingly hot which for me makes for a much better experience.

see all reviewsThe space is obviously beautiful, a little oasis. I take a fair amount of yin and LOVE how she incorporated a block position that IMO added to the myofascial relief with more pressure. It really got into my lats which I needed. Her cuing was easy to follow even with yoga brain. If anything I do wish I could have heard the music a little more, but thatās a personal preference and I happened to be further away from the speaker. Thank you Erica!
