You also get a free shake for your first class. Great mix of running and floor work that's all very varied. Didn't find it too loud like other reviews have mentioned and they do give you free earplugs if you want to use them. Don't think it would suit beginners to fitness/running as it is pretty intense but otherwise would 100% recommend!
