    Loved Abbey’s friendliness and style of class! I really appreciated that she made a lot of use of the reformer machines, and with very innovative exercises which literally used all parts of the reformer (not only the bed and straps). Some of the movements were tricky (e.g. catching ourselves with our foot landing on the foot bar, as the bed slides back), but it just took some strategy to get the technique! Worth the trial and error, because the exercises were so much more fun than the standard ones!

    Barry was very attentive especially to the first timers, taking the time to explain and correct everyone. He also adjusted the difficulty accordingly. The class can be a bit challenging for a complete beginner, but Barry will definitely help!
