see all reviewsThis class is definitely worth committing to. The decor is beautiful, be cautious it’s warm when you walk in and will be the whole class, as it states on their info. The first 30 mins were slow and you learn the moves and how to make them intentional for your body, the next 30 are with music. The instructor was so informative, she made everyone feel welcome. She answered any and all questions and made sure class was calm and efficient. It is challenging, but if you stick to it it’ll be worth it. Definitely plan on visiting again.

There’s something about the echo and volume of the mic that takes me out of my flow every time. see all reviewsThe class and the instructor were great. I have to say as a heavy girl, the class was not for me. I went in open minded and excited but putting my body weight on the fabric was uncomfortable and just about left bruises. Again, I’m not discouraging anyone not to go, definitely try it. But heads up to my heavy girls, it was very difficult. It was a very intimate class and I felt it was very obvious my struggle. The instructor absolutely did everything she could to make me feel welcomed and not to single me out because I had a difficult time but of no fault of her own, I stood out. But again, try it for yourself, maybe it was just me. 10/10 would recommend to others who are open to the idea. Also come only 5 mins before, she will not be there to unlock the door any earlier even if it’s not the first class of the day. Again loved the instructor, loved the idea just personally not for me. Hope that helps!
