This was my first solidcore class ever and I felt really out of place and unfit for it but I kept going because of how kind Ricky was. I’ll be coming back to his classes for sure.

This class was definitely intense for my first time doing Pilates in a few years, but I was really proud of myself for getting through it. I would highly recommend Solidcore and the beginners class for anyone interested in getting into these workouts!
