First time going to Meghan’s class and she was great but there was a really lively group yelling throughout the class that was a bit distracting. One guy in the front row just kept whooing extremely loudly the entire class and it was hard to get into the music and zone with that happening. Not Meghan’s fault though!

I like Zoe's music (millennial throwback pop and pop rock songs). She handled the class well despite some technical difficulties (which was my first time experiencing after going to Spokehaüs so many times). All the instructors, including Zoe are very good at setting the class up for success by making sure everyone is settled into their bikes and explaining the moves before they officially start the class. Very beginner friendly.

It was my first ever spin class and I had so much fun, it felt like going to a dance party. The instructor was great she was making me laugh the whole time. I liked how she incorporated movements for your upper body. The playlist was super good. If it is your first time, I would recommend arriving early because there is a learning curve with the shoes. My only complaint is that I wish there was more strobe lights and that it was longer because the instructor is really engaging.

Emma brought great energy and provided a safe space for the class! I like that most of the class had the lights off as the on/off of lights can be a bit much, and with the lights off you can just focus on yourself without worrying about anyone else :)

Harris has great energy and I like how the bikes are sufficiently spaced apart so there’s no chance of bumping into your neighbour as you would at many other spin studios here in Toronto. A nice clean studio, definitely recommend! The handlebar on my bike was a bit wobbly though, even though I checked that it was properly clipped on both parts - it didn’t affect the ride too much but it’s also a bit of a safety issue for newer riders

I felt so tired in the most FANTASTIC way possible after this class. Would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a challenge. Also I will say some of the lightest weights in the original circuit set up were still too heavy for me so I went to the weights rack and got lighter ones and it felt 100% fine to do that. I also needed to take many breaks in between, but despite all that, it was genuinely an awesome class.

This is an amazing studio for new riders and riders looking for an inclusive/supportive community of riders. The space is open, with good distance between bikes and never gets too too dark compared to almost all other studios . Dana has amazing energy and a strong message with each ride. She really makes you feel seen and included in the class. Also, the facilities are super clean - I love the multiple water fountains. I can’t recommend this studio enough!
