see all reviewsMy favorite barre class and instructor in Raleigh! Kristine’s music choices alone make this class a must attend, but even more importantly she is an awesome instructor! Her focus on proper form both give you an understanding of why you’re doing the particular movement, and also make sure you get the most bang for your buck out of the movement. I love that she keeps certain exercises familiar class to class, but is spontaneous enough that her class always feels fresh!

The class is pretty fast paced so it can be hard for people that have never done barre before. There wasn’t enough time for the instructor to give me modifications during the workout. It was my first time doing barre but it was definitely worth it!

The instructor was so friendly. I told her it was my first ever yoga class and she was very welcoming. She even checked on me once class ended to see how it went. Would definitely go back!

see all reviewsI was nervous to try out a new studio and a little skeptical that I would have a challenging workout without the heavy weights I’m used to, but I had the best workout and experience! Mary Courtney was so incredibly welcoming (even before I told her it was my first time). She pointed out 2 other class participants who are fellow instructors so that I could look to them to mimic moves. The music was really loud and I’m hard of hearing so couldn’t always hear the movement instructions, but watching the other class members helped and Mary Courtney came around to give adjustments and pointers so I felt really supported. After the class, I was sore for a couple days! Can’t wait to go back.
