Class goes by so much faster and we dont waste time cleaning equipment 3-4 times between sets. My only note for the people who create the classes is that this was pretty much an hour of straight cardio. Going from running straight to the rower/burpees was a lot. It would have been nice to have an exercise with just weights to break it up

Every Sunday a girl is placed by me who never follows any of the boxing cues to pause and reset. She wails her arms around and has zero form. I wouldn’t care if she wasn’t under the screen each class. It’s super distracting as I really come to work and improve my form and she treats everything like a taebo speed bag.

I had to abandon my heavier weights halfway through the lifting workout so my form didn’t suffer. So glad I grabbed a lighter pair. Not a fan of HIIT workouts unless they’re at Row House 🫶🏼

I had such a blast as a drop in and felt very encouraged to push past my own mental blocks. I rowed in college and he sets a great pace for beginners to advanced. He also makes a killer playlist! The class was pretty relaxed and doable for a new time rower. It was nice to have a break in the middle of the session to do some stretching. The stretching at the end is also helpful.
