    Starter50: Intro To [solidcore]

Abigail crushed it! These classes are hard, but I felt like Abigail had the perfect balance of supporting me when I was struggling without pressuring me when I needed to rest (especially with my scoliosis). If you’re new to Solidcore, like I am, you WILL need to rest and you can feel comfortable pushing yourself to your limit without worrying that your limit isn’t good enough. Coaches like Abigail and Lisa are why I am inexplicably finding myself loving Solidcore despite assuming that it would be too intimidating/hard for me. If you’re doubting yourself, don’t worry! You’ll find the support you need!

Good class especially for beginners. It’s a strong burn, structured cardio and the ability to go at your own pace without feeling like the “out of shape” one. I started going to these classes 3 months ago and now I am on the heaviest weight and can run the entire time.

RUN X LIFT Total Body (50 mins)

The most fun you can ever have in a workout class. Derricks beat drops for those sprints are so fire they make me feel like I’m 20 and in the club again. His cues are so clear, sometimes I’m not even ready to sprint and I find myself hitting that 9 or 10 sprint all because of how he commands the room 🤩

    MaZi Cardio - In Studio

LOVE LOVE LOVE. Difficult, but crazy fun. You just jump in and take your time and learn the movements by following the instructor (follow the feet, not the hands). Nadia was so welcoming and just had a blast, it’s really a huge dance party with planned movements. I almost bailed because I’m typically a strength training / weight lifting girl, but do it!! It’s worth it.

Shout out to Howard for being such a hands on instructor! This class may be a little intimidating for newbies — it certainly was for me at times, but the instructor was great at helping me out when I was confused by exercises and looked out for my form. I’ll definitely return to this class after I gain a bit more confidence with different types of reps!

I really enjoyed Jack’s class! It had a great mixture of both stretching and focusing on hard abs. I think this is something that makes this class different than any other as we tend to forget to work and stretch our smaller muscles. I would definitely go back for another class and would recommend!

What a great first experience. It was challenging and fulfilling. Coach Savage and Coach Christina are so welcoming, but don’t think they’ll let you slack. “Keep moving” was repeated to me and I couldn’t be more grateful because it was well-balanced with affirmation and encouragement.I found Mr. Colonna’s gym through re-joining ClassPass on a trial run. Would love to use my additional credits for going back but then I learned the gym isn’t getting anything from me attending through ClassPass. If true, CP, should be mindful as how they recruit or collect gyms for this app. It may be more affordable (as it should) joining a gym through CP but the gyms allowing CP to build up CP’s directories should ensure these gyms get some cut, especially privately owned mom-and pop ones. They build generational wealth in the community with limited resources. I would recommend Sam Colonna Boxing, MMA and Fitness gym to anyone looking to be in community and looking for some discipline in their work out regimen.
