Lots of squats and lunges to keep the heart rate up. Ashley was a good instructor & offered mods, which was appreciated. I’ll def go back.

He always shows us the correct form and even explains the importance of it to ensure we are working on the correct muscles the exercise is intended for. He also lets us know he is available to help with any adjustments we need in a spring or bar change during our workout. After class he will help answer any Pilates questions we may have and expresses the importance of stretching. He is also nice, friendly, funny and professional. It’s always a great atmosphere in his class.

And its not even heated… best part the workout is only 45min which makes you give it your all and keeps you engaged the entire time! In comparison to the other 1hr build class, i feel the shortened time really makes a difference and helps get you in and out so you can go about your day while still knowing you got a good workout in that doesnt leave you too tired to half a$$$$ the rest of the hour…. Just wish there were more days build classes a week!

No bells and whistles here but I was able to use the machines I needed without issue and get in and out because it was relatively empty aside from the fitness group classes. A lot of the older people from the community seem to frequent here too. Nice to see ppl of all fitness levels. Nice staff as well.
