It makes getting up at 6am to train less of a challenge as there is always a warm welcome for clients The soundtracks are banging and the classes are challenging but doable. If you want to up your fitness game, this is the place to go.

I would not recommend it for complete beginners considering everything is super quick. Also, you need to decide on your own which dumbbell and kettlebell to use. The policy says to bring a towel, but it’s not required (only if you shower of course). Do not arrive earlier than 10 min because you will enter directly during the previous class (there is no reception, you enter in the training area as you step in).

see all reviewsIt was my first time doing this class and I loved it ! I wasn’t expecting it to be so intense, as I have been at Form before but doing the Pure class, but I really enjoyed this one! Elissa was great in explaining each exercise and following us. She made the class very exciting and interesting sharing all the benefits we were having from it. The only disappointing thing was the luck of space. There were many movements which needed space and I felt a bit limited, because we were really close to each other and I was concerned to kick someone behind me or get kicked by the person in front of me. I wish it was in a bigger room. Otherwise nothing to say. I will definitely go back!

Although they were explaining politely, when we finally changed and headed to the class, we were told it had already started and we couldn't join anymore. This wasn't explained beforehand. However, the lady kindly explained and suggested alternative options. We ended up joining another exercise session, which turned out to be perfect in every aspect - the exercise, facilities, and location. We promise to arrive early next time.
